2002 Land Rover Defender 90 TD5 County Station Wagon
Reg. no. KR02 DGV
Chassis no. SALLDVB572A640261
Engine no. 15P29420A
MOT: November 2023
From 1998, the Defender was fitted with the 2.5litre TD5 engine that became a favourite amongst Land Rover fans with good reliability and a unique sound. A powerplant that resulted in enough power for the 4x4 to keep up with modern, everyday traffic.
This 2002 basic county station wagon unusually is in near original condition, having only had two previous owners and with the current owner for the last 10 years. It had covered just 21,000 miles with the first owner and has done the next 21,000 in current ownership. Online MOT history backs up the low mileage on this Land Rover. The green bodywork is in very good order with just minor blemishes, whilst the grey cloth interior and all six seats remain in good order; it also benefits from a Moto Lita steering wheel. The owner reports that it is mechanically sound with engine and gearbox working as they should. An overdrive was fitted by Devon 4x4 in July 2013, fresh Michelin Latitude Cross tyres were also fitted in 2022.
The sale includes two sets of keys, a current V5C document, original factory manuals including service schedule and a good amount of service and parts receipts showing regular maintenance has been carried out. Old MOT’s are also included.
