1964 – 1966 Elva MkVII Chassis
Chassis no. N/A
Price: £2,000 Ono
Elva was a British sports and racing car manufacturer that had its heart set on producing affordable, competitive race cars. The Mk7 was an Elva race car and this example comes with period correct BMW 1600 engine.
This MkVII chassis was found in a local workshop and owned by the late Ryan Hodges. A man who’s passion for restoring and rebuilding sport racing cars spanned five decades. The chassis was found along with 5 other racing projects including an almost complete MkVII. The chassis requires a clean down before beginning to put it back together. A BMW engine is included in the sale but will need to be built up. As is common with these types of restorations, the Chassis plate has been removed ready for powder coating the chassis. If it is found prior to sale it will be included. The is a race car chassis and is not intended for road use.
